Route and experience
We pick you up in Beijing and drive to Jinshanling (about 2–2.5 hours). You’ll walk up to the wall and then along it: restored stretches and rougher sections: with your guide. Hike length is flexible: a few hours or longer depending on your fitness and time. After the visit we return you to Beijing. Jinshanling does not fit a short 8–10 hour layover; for a layover we use Mutianyu on our 8–10 hour layover tour.
