Sample program shapes (Beijing-first)

These are planning patterns we quote often — not fixed packages. Shanghai and other cities follow the same logistics discipline with local venue knowledge.

Mutianyu Great Wall watchtowers along a forested ridge

INCENTIVE

Reward trip with a Wall day

A paced Mutianyu or Jinshanling morning for an incentive group that already has dinners and awards nights — not a sightseeing marathon before the gala.

Terracotta Warriors standing in the excavation pit near Xi'an

HYBRID

Meeting plus extension

Beijing meeting days, then a hosted Xi'an or Shanghai extension with HSR or flight transfers, separate hotel blocks, and leisure pacing for delegates who stay on.

SHANGHAI

Exhibition or client week

Pudong or Hongqiao transfers, hall runs for fairs, and optional Bund or client dinners after the show floor closes — with vehicles sized to the shift pattern.

Logistics we plan before quoting

  • Airport waves match manifests

PEK, PKX, PVG, and SHA each need different buffer times. We quote meet points and coach counts per wave, not one vague transfer.

  • Venue entrances and coach rules

We confirm which hotel porch or convention center gate coaches may use — a wrong drop wastes the first hour of a general session.

  • Hosts who speak delegate language

English-speaking hosts are standard; other languages are quoted when you list them on the brief.

  • Leisure days stay short

An incentive with a gala should not also get three sights and a late show. We pace add-ons to the evening program you already sold.

How It Works

  1. Send the program

City, dates, headcount, venue district, arrival pattern, and any Wall or city leisure day.

  2. We quote logistics

Vehicles, hosts, shuttles, and leisure add-ons — with exclusions written down.

  3. You confirm

Coaches and hosts are held after planner confirmation, not from the form alone.

  4. We run the movement

Drivers and hosts follow the approved run sheet.

FAQ

Request a program quote

Send arrival airports, hotel or venue district, and any leisure day you want to attach. We do not assume a coach until the headcount requires one.
