Rates below are per vehicle, not per person. Choose the vehicle according to both passenger count and luggage. Your final quote confirms the route, service period and vehicle category.
The Beijing full-day reference uses the stated 8h / 100 km allowance for that rate band.
Great Wall routes have their own route pricing (not a generic city day rate).
Airport transfer prices are transfer prices, not full-day hire.
Waiting during a booked driver day remains part of the service period confirmed in your quote.
Route or timing changes may alter the final quotation — changes are quoted according to the vehicle and itinerary.
What Is Included in a Private Driver Booking?
Unless your quote says otherwise, a Beijing private-driver booking covers the private vehicle, dedicated driver, and DragonTrail English-language booking and transportation coordination.
Attraction admission, shuttle buses, cable cars, chairlifts, toboggans, meals, licensed sightseeing guides, interpreters and activities are normally separate unless specifically quoted.

Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are not the same thing. Several large suitcases may require a larger vehicle; a child seat uses seating space; a licensed guide travelling with the group needs a seat; and strollers or mobility equipment should be declared in advance.
