What does “24-hour spa” mean?

It means the venue operates throughout the day and night. It does not mean every admission ticket includes 24 hours. Tickets may cover shorter periods and may have separate overtime or overnight charges.

Can I leave Shanghai airport during my layover?

Possibly. You need enough time and the correct visa, visa-free entry, or transit eligibility. Your nationality, confirmed onward itinerary, arrival port, and destination after China all matter. See our China transit guide before booking.

How long should my Shanghai layover be for a spa visit?

An 8–10 hour connection may work for one focused spa visit when the venue is matched to the airport and immigration is straightforward. Twelve hours or more provides a more comfortable window. Every request is checked individually.

Which spa is best for Pudong Airport?

Young·SPACE is normally the first venue to evaluate because it is in central Pudong. It is not inside or beside PVG, so transfer and return time must still be included.

Which spa is best for Hongqiao Airport?

Shuiguo Hongqiao is normally the first convenience-focused option. Qushui Lanting is a higher-priced alternative when premium dining, privacy, or a longer stay matters more.

Is spa admission included in the transfer price?

Not unless your quotation explicitly says so. Spa admission, overnight fees, treatments, private rooms, hotel rooms, and additional meal charges are normally separate.

Can I sleep at a Shanghai 24-hour spa?

Shared overnight rest may be available, but a reserved pod, private room, or hotel bed is not automatically included. Tell us whether shared rest is acceptable or whether private accommodation is required.

Is this a private experience?

Your airport transfer and vehicle are private. The spa itself is normally a public shared venue unless a separate private room is booked.

Do you pick up from both PVG and SHA?

Yes. We plan from Shanghai Pudong Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. The recommended spa and feasible route differ because the airports are on different sides of Shanghai.

What happens to my luggage?

Airport-size luggage can normally remain in the private vehicle, subject to vehicle capacity. Include the number and approximate size of your suitcases in the inquiry.

No, unless the selected admission package explicitly includes it. Massage, body scrubbing, foot treatments, and similar services are normally paid add-ons.

Can children use the spa?

Child admission, age or height rules, gender-access rules, meal entitlement, and overnight suitability vary by venue. Include children’s ages or heights when requesting a plan.

Can I combine the spa with the Bund or Lujiazui?

Possibly, when the connection is long enough. The city stop is chosen according to your airport, traffic direction, usable time, and required airport-return buffer.

What if my flight is delayed?

We recalculate the usable window from the live landing time. We may shorten the spa visit, remove the city stop, change venue, or recommend remaining at the airport if the return plan is no longer safe.
