Yes. Option 1 is a single-day Dali/Erhai private-driver service. We confirm the day length and pickup before booking.
The driver can stop at a lawful entrance or parking area. Cars cannot drive on the protected Ecological Corridor itself; you walk/cycle the lakeside portion.
Not by default. Option 1 covers the listed highlights, including Xizhou and Shuanglang. An east-shore extension or complete loop changes the route and possibly the price.
