If the guest has a multi-city holiday already designed, send that. If they only have a connection, say so — the service is different.

ARRIVAL

Meet and transfer

Name sign, luggage, and a private car to the hotel or the next airport. PEK, PKX, PVG, and SHA are the usual asks.

Route: Aircraft → meet point → hotel or onward airport

Best for: Desks that need one accountable car on arrival, not a taxi queue.

WINDOW

Short city window

A private car only when the connection truly allows a city stop. If it does not, we will say so.

Route: Landing → realistic city stop → back to the airport

Best for: Guests with a long connection who asked the desk for 'a few hours in the city'.

Private trip behind the desk

When the concierge is arranging the whole China holiday, we plan the cities and quote the desk.

What the desk can expect

  • Airports are named

    Capital and Daxing are not the same drive. Pudong and Hongqiao are not the same drive. We quote the code on the ticket.

  • We will decline a window that does not fit

    A Great Wall stop inside a tight connection is how guests miss flights. We say no when the clock says no.

  • Private car, named pickup

    The guest is not left to find a rideshare after a long flight unless the desk asks for that.

  • Reply to the desk

    The quote goes back to the concierge contact you give us.

How It Works

    A transfer, a short city stop, or a clear no if the connection is too tight.

  3. You confirm

    We do not dispatch a car until the desk confirms.

  4. Meet the guest

    The driver uses the name and the terminal you confirmed.
