Chengdu Specialist Visit

Chengdu has two airports. This specialist sketch uses the one on your ticket and one provider window, not a treatment plan.

DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.

This is an example travel schedule. It is not a clinical protocol, a recovery plan, or a package of care.

Assumptions

  • The specialty is already chosen with a provider. It is not chosen on this page.
  • Chengdu Tianfu (TFU) and Shuangliu (CTU) are named. “Chengdu airport” is not enough.
  • Rail arrivals at Chengdu East or Chengdu South are a different pickup from either airport.
  • You are not moving on to another city in this sketch.

Provider-dependent timing

If the provider wants imaging one day and a conversation another day, those are two windows they must confirm. This page does not invent the gap or call it recovery.

Example timetable

  1. Arrival. Land at Tianfu or Shuangliu, or leave the train at Chengdu East or Chengdu South. The first transfer uses that point only. The campus address still has to be known before a hotel district is picked.
  2. Appointment. One specialist window. West China Hospital and Chengdu First People’s Hospital are directory names, not the assigned place for this trip. The provider sets the agenda.
  3. Accommodation. One night near the campus after the address is checked. No brand and no nightly rate. The lodging task is not yet bookable.
  4. Transfer. A ride from the airport or station you named. Tianfu and Shuangliu are not a terminal change. The ride is not yet bookable.
  5. Companion. A companion’s role here is company and a shared ride. They do not speak as a clinician. Companion support is not yet bookable.

Exclusions

  • A Chengdu treatment plan
  • Assigning you to West China Hospital or to Chengdu First People’s Hospital
  • Treating Tianfu and Shuangliu as the same pickup
  • A published package price
