Supplier responsibilities
Verification pending. No planner is assigned. Appointment times still have to come from the provider before the timetable can be quoted.

- Who travels
- Any day the provider said should stay free of other movement
Fee unit
Fee unit: one itinerary for one party and one set of dates. Each transfer, stay, and coordination task remains its own line. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. If the provider moves a window, the timetable is revised only for the tasks the quote still includes.
