Service Scope and Responsibilities
A clear split between DragonTrail, the hospital, and the traveler. Coordination is our work. Care is the hospital’s work.
DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
Who does what
Your accepted quote names the tasks DragonTrail will carry out. Anything not named stays with the hospital, with you, or with another supplier.
| DragonTrail | The coordination tasks named in the accepted quote: requests, logistics, and updates. |
|---|---|
| Hospital and clinicians | Diagnosis, treatment, eligibility, clinical records, and provider fees. |
| Traveler | Travel documents, decisions, and the papers the provider asks you to bring. |
| Other suppliers | Flights, hotels, and vehicles, on that supplier’s own terms. |
Verified sources
When we describe a hospital, we use that hospital’s public pages or an official notice. A profile should show the source and the date it was checked.
If a fact has not been checked, it does not go on the page. We do not fill the gap with a general claim about quality, volume, or outcomes.
Listing policy
A hospital listing is information. It is not an endorsement or a partnership unless a written agreement says so.
We do not add star ratings, media-logo walls, or a rank order. The hospital’s own site remains the place to book care.
