Deliverable
A vehicle between a named airport or rail station, a hotel, and a hospital campus, with the passenger count, luggage, and pickup point written down. The campus address has to be known before the ride can be quoted.

- A medical ambulance or other clinical transport
- A ride priced before the campus address is checked
- Flights
- Waiting time the vehicle supplier has not stated
Supplier responsibilities
Verification pending. No vehicle supplier is named for a city. Door-to-door service waits on a campus address.
Information required
- The flight or train, including the terminal
- The campus, once the address is known
- Party size, luggage, and mobility
- The hotel only if that night is already chosen
Fee unit
Fee unit: one transfer leg, with both ends of the ride named on the quote. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. A missed flight is not a hospital cancellation, and the vehicle supplier’s waiting rule is quoted only after that supplier exists.
