Coordination Fees and Inclusions
DragonTrail charges for coordination. Hospitals, clinicians, and travel suppliers charge for their own services.
DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
What this page will not list
There is no menu of surgery prices, package discounts, or a single rate for a medical trip. A figure of that kind would be invented or already out of date.
Ask for an itemized coordination quote for your dates. That quote is the price list that applies to you.
DragonTrail’s fee
The coordination fee covers the tasks you ask us to arrange and that we confirm in writing. It is not a hospital bill, and it does not buy clinical care.
What stays outside our fee
These costs are billed by someone else, even when we help you arrange them:
- Hospital and clinician fees, deposits, tests, and medicine
- Interpretation or translation when the hospital supplies it directly
- Flights, hotels, local vehicles, visas, and insurance
How a quote is split
DragonTrail’s lines are marked as our fee. Third-party amounts are marked as confirmed by that supplier, or left open when only the provider can price them.
Nothing is booked until you accept the quote.
