How DragonTrail Medical Travel Works
One path from a first note to a confirmed coordination plan. Clinical decisions stay with the provider you are visiting.
DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
Tell us the practical details
Write with the city or cities, dates, who is travelling, and the languages you need. Say whether a hospital has already been chosen.
Do not send full medical records, scans, or insurance files in the first email. We will agree a way to receive documents only if a provider asks for them and you want us to pass them on.
We say what we can arrange
The work is practical: an appointment request, interpretation, translation of records, transfers, a place to stay, and help finding the right desk on the day.
We also say what we will not do. We do not diagnose, recommend a treatment, or promise that a hospital will accept the request.
You receive an itemized coordination quote
The quote lists DragonTrail’s coordination fee and the tasks included in it. Hospital charges, tests, medicine, flights, and hotels are separate. We label an amount only when a provider or supplier has stated it.
You confirm, then we arrange the agreed tasks
Work starts after you accept the quote. If a hospital declines a request or moves a time, we tell you and adjust the logistics we are responsible for.
The hospital’s own booking channel still belongs to the hospital. We do not replace it.
After the visit
We can help with the journey home and with documents you ask us to forward. Follow-up care stays with your clinicians and with the hospital you visited.
