DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
What to include
The first message only needs logistics:
- Your name and a reply email
- City or cities, and the dates you have in mind
- Who is travelling, including any companion
- Languages you need for interpretation
- Whether a hospital has already been chosen
- Which tasks you want arranged, such as a transfer or a place to stay
What to leave out at first
Do not attach a full medical record, imaging, or insurance file until we have agreed how those documents should move. DragonTrail does not need them to tell you whether we can coordinate the trip.
What happens next
We reply by email about the tasks we can arrange and the ones we cannot. A coordination quote follows only after those tasks are clear. The hospital still decides whether it will see you.
