Yes — that is the Essence shape. Kanas and Hemu without the multi-city southern Silk Road. If you later want Kashgar and Turpan too, Grand is the usual upgrade.
Yes as custom extensions. Gansu Hexi / Dunhuang fold-ins usually hand to our Gansu page for the Gansu product. Qinghai Lake / Xining hand to Qinghai. Hotan, Kuqa, and Tashkurgan–Karakul need extra days. They are not a fourth set route beside Classic, Essence, and Grand.
