Business and Management Degrees

A business or management degree in China is a diploma a university awards — bachelor’s, master’s, MBA, or EMBA — and the work-experience rule changes with the name. The degree we could price for early-career students was CEIBS’s Global MiM, and its Class of 2026 clock had already run out by 29 October 2026.

Information checked 29 October 2026 (Asia/Shanghai).

No current undergraduate business tuition was opened in this pass, so no bachelor’s fee is printed. The Global MiM euro figure is Class of 2026 only. CUCAS cards for Peking University and Zhejiang University are the aggregator’s numbers, including a service fee, and were not matched to a university invoice. DragonTrail has no degree to award.

At a Glance

CredentialDegree, and the level matters. Global MiM is two master’s awards, from CEIBS (Switzerland) and ESCP, on the FAQ. An MBA and an EMBA are different master’s contracts. A short course is not in this list.
Host and facultyGlobal MiM runs through 上海, Paris, London, and Zurich. CEIBS and ESCP each recruit about half of a 100-student intake, according to the FAQ. We did not open a bachelor’s faculty list.
Work experienceGlobal MiM: little or none, and at most about one year. CEIBS MBA: two or more years. EMBA: eight years with five in management. Tsinghua Global MBA: three years after a bachelor’s. Using one bar for all four is a mismatch.
LanguageGlobal MiM is taught in English. Some electives in Paris may be in other languages. English-test waivers exist for native speakers and for people with three years of a degree taught in English. A Chinese-taught bachelor’s is a different product we did not price.
CurriculumFAQ: first term in Shanghai for core management, Paris for electives and remaining cores, London for advanced courses, Zurich for specialisation and the thesis. Coursework is about 14 months inside a two-year programme.
Company accessA required internship or work block of four to eight months is part of the MiM, not a named employer. No host company is listed. That internship is not a study tour and not a job offer from DragonTrail.
CertificateTwo master’s degrees under the CEIBS (Switzerland)–ESCP structure. The FAQ calls the ESCP award a French grande école degree and the CEIBS (Switzerland) award a standard master’s. Confirm the parchment names on the current page.
ScheduleFull-time, two years, August intake language for Class of 2026. Printed rounds were 29 October 2025, 14 January 2026, 18 March 2026, and 12 May 2026. All of those dates are behind us. The FAQ said the season might stretch into summer. Summer 2026 is also behind us.
Employer papersThe MiM file the FAQ describes is academic: form, GMAT or GRE, English proof if required, transcripts, CV, recommendations. An employer letter is not the centre of it. Do not reuse the MBA’s organisational-chart rule here.

Four Degrees That Should Not Share a Price

Business degrees in China are a family, not a product. A bachelor’s taught over several years, a pre-experience master’s such as the Global MiM, a full-time MBA for people with a few years of work, and an EMBA for senior managers answer different searches. CEIBS’s FAQ is useful because it lines the MiM, the MBA, and the Global EMBA up and then gives them different experience rules. Tsinghua’s Global MBA adds another master’s with its own yuan sticker and a Beijing campus. A three-day open course is outside this page on purpose.

DragonTrail awards none of these diplomas. Universities and Schools is a glossary of names, not a letter of admission. Where we did not open a fee table, the cell stays empty. That is why this page will talk about euros for one named class of the MiM, yuan for MBAs only by pointing at the MBA page, and CUCAS cards only with CUCAS’s name attached. A bachelor’s of management at a Chinese university may be what you want. We did not read a 2027 undergraduate business brochure, so we will not guess its tuition or its HSK line.

What the Global MiM Page Actually Fixes

The Global MiM is built for recent bachelor’s or master’s graduates. The FAQ says work experience should be at most about one year, and that zero experience is acceptable. GMAT or GRE is required. You may file before the score exists; a conditional offer can follow, with a deadline to submit the score. English tests are waived for native speakers and for applicants who completed at least three years of a degree taught in English at an institution whose official language is English. The class is described as 100 students in two sections, about 50 recruited by CEIBS and about 50 by ESCP, with an expectation that international students are half or more. Those are CEIBS’s targets, not a count we audited.

The map is four required cities, not a tour: Shanghai for core management, Paris for electives and the rest of the core, London for advanced courses, Zurich for further specialisation and the thesis. Coursework lasts about 14 months inside a full-time two-year programme. A global internship or work component of four to eight months is required, shorter or longer inside that band depending on internships you already had. The FAQ does not name employers. Company access is therefore “a required work block, host unnamed.” It is not a sourcing trip and not a startup studio.

One Euro Sticker, Tied to One Class

The FAQ prices Global MiM tuition for the Class of 2026 at €59,000 for the two years, plus €2,800 to ESCP for lifetime alumni membership. That second payment is easy to drop and should not be. The figure is not RMB, and it is not the MBA’s RMB 488,000. It is also not a 2027 price. The same FAQ’s application rounds for that class were 29 October 2025, 14 January 2026, 18 March 2026, and 12 May 2026, with decision dates in December 2025, February 2026, April 2026, and June 2026. For the August 2026 intake it said the season might continue into the summer on a rolling basis. On 29 October 2026 both the printed deadlines and that August start are in the past. We do not know whether a later class has opened, because that sentence was about 2026.

Penultimate-year bachelor’s students may ask the MiM office about a pre-admission interview. That is a conversation with CEIBS, not an early seat from us. Scholarships are mentioned on the FAQ in general terms; we did not copy a scholarship table. If you need a 2027 euro figure, wait until CEIBS prints the class year next to the number. Reusing €59,000 because it is the only euro we saw would be the mistake this page exists to prevent.

CUCAS Cards Sit Beside the School, Not Inside It

CUCAS lists a Peking University Business Administration (Global MBA) card with a start of 1 September 2027, two years, English, a deadline of 20 April 2027, tuition of RMB 94,000 a year, an application fee in US dollars, and a service fee of USD 300. A Zhejiang University full-time Global MBA card says 1 September 2027, a deadline of 28 February 2027, and RMB 109,000 a year. Those are CUCAS’s cards. The service fee is CUCAS’s, not the university’s tuition. We did not open 北京大学’s or Zhejiang University’s own MBA fee PDF on this pass, so we will not certify the yuan.

An older CUCAS article names many universities that it says offer an English MBA, without a date on each row. Treat that list as a historical pointer. It is not proof that each campus still teaches the degree, and it is not a DragonTrail inventory. Language lines on a CUCAS card, including a TOEFL or GRE figure, may be copied from a school-wide rule. They are a reason to open the university page, not a cutoff we adopt. Tsinghua’s own Global MBA, priced on Tsinghua’s notice at RMB 198,000, should be read on the MBA page rather than through CUCAS.

What a Degree Page Refuses to Absorb

Executive-education dates, negotiation workshops, and company-specific programmes do not become degrees because they happen on a business-school campus. The CEIBS programme table keeps a degree column that executive education does not fill in the same way. If a brochure says “certificate” or says nothing, do not write “master’s” over it. The MiM’s two parchments are specific to that double structure. They are not what an open-course participant receives, and they are not what a factory visitor receives.

Employer documentation follows the degree. The MiM file is academic. The MBA file, on another page, asks for a company brochure. The EMBA file asks the employer to allow the days and says payment by the employer is optional. Educational-leave recognition is none of those files. A French grande école degree mentioned in the MiM FAQ is ESCP’s award in that partnership. It is not a statement that the programme is registered for French training-leave accounts. We did not open a French CPF page in this review.

Pick the Bar, Then the Brochure

If you finished a bachelor’s recently and can spend two years in four cities, the MiM is the CEIBS degree that says so, and its published price is the Class of 2026 euro figure above, which you can no longer use as an open round. If you have a few years of work and want a full-time MBA, move to that page and its yuan sticker. If you already lead a function and can spare four days a month, the EMBA page is the one with a blank fee. If you want a bachelor’s, this page’s honest answer is that the tuition cell is empty until a university brochure is read.

Rankings and alumni counts on CEIBS pages are not restated as our league table. The next useful action is to match your months of work to one bar, then open that school’s current deadline. Find a Suitable Program will not file the MiM. Request Guidance can help you sort the label. It cannot invent a 2027 euro fee or a bachelor’s invoice we have not seen.

These pages were read on 29 October 2026 (Asia/Shanghai). Tuition, language rules, and application windows change, and several dates on them have already passed. A CUCAS card is CUCAS’s listing. Use the current page from the school, or from the body that recognizes educational leave, before you act.

FAQ

Is the Global MiM an MBA?

No. CEIBS describes it as a full-time two-year double master’s for recent graduates, with at most about one year of work, taught across Shanghai, Paris, London, and Zurich. The MBA is a separate programme with a two-year work floor and a yuan tuition. The names are not substitutes.

What does the MiM cost?

The FAQ states €59,000 for Class of 2026, two-year tuition, plus €2,800 to ESCP for alumni membership. It does not state a later class. The MBA’s RMB 488,000 is a different school product. We do not convert euros into yuan.

Can I still apply for the Class of 2026?

The printed rounds ended on 12 May 2026, and the August 2026 intake language referred to a start that has passed. The FAQ said rolling review might continue into that summer. On 29 October 2026 we do not call any MiM round open. Ask CEIBS whether a later class exists.

Do I need work experience for a management master’s?

For this MiM, the FAQ says no substantial experience, and not more than about a year. For the CEIBS MBA the floor is two years. For the EMBA it is eight, with five in management. A bachelor’s programme usually wants secondary-school completion instead. Match the bar to the credential.

Is the internship a job at a named firm?

The FAQ requires four to eight months of internship or work and does not name employers. Treat the host as unconfirmed. The block is a degree requirement, not a DragonTrail placement and not a company visit for a study group.

Are the CUCAS MBA prices safe to budget?

They are safe only as a reading of CUCAS’s cards. Peking University’s card showed RMB 94,000 a year and a USD 300 service fee. Zhejiang University’s full-time card showed RMB 109,000 a year. We did not verify either number on the university’s own invoice. The service fee is not tuition.

Why is there no bachelor’s tuition here?

We did not open a current undergraduate business fee table in this pass. Printing the MiM’s euros, or an MBA’s yuan, beside a bachelor’s title would mix products. A Chinese-taught bachelor’s also has language rules this page does not pretend to settle.

Does a double degree mean two countries’ leave schemes accept it?

No. The two parchments are what the FAQ says CEIBS (Switzerland) and ESCP award. Recognition for educational leave, visa category, and employer sponsorship are separate decisions. We did not read a leave registration for this programme.

Compare study routes, or tell us the credential, the teaching language, and whether an employer is sending you. Neither button admits you to a business school or books a company visit.
