Room for progression and mixed abilities
The operator describes beginner facilities, advanced pistes and an effective vertical drop of 870 metres. Confident intermediates can plan several days of skiing; beginners should use the learning area and instruction. A long season is not a daily snow promise
The resort markets an approximately 160-day snow season. This does not confirm specific 2026–27 dates, continuous full operation or fresh powder. Longjia Airport or Jilin City station
Club Med lists average journeys of 2 hours 15 minutes from Changchun Longjia Airport and 1 hour 30 minutes from Jilin railway station. Editorial winter allowances are 2¼–3 hours from the airport or 1¼–1¾ hours from Jilin station, depending on the hotel and conditions. Add baggage collection and meeting time. Operator access
A direct airport car avoids another train connection and repeated ski-bag handling. If using rail, confirm the exact station: Jilin City is not Changchun. For late flights, agree waiting terms and hotel check-in arrangements. Protect the return connection with extra winter margin.
Choose the lift and rental-building access
The operator lists Club Med and other resort hotels. A slopeside base can help families taking indoor breaks, but compare the building's actual route to rentals and the intended lift. Non-skiers should check available hotel activities rather than assume a complete leisure programme.

Four nights and three full ski days
Arrive and fit equipment on day one. Start with a lesson or orientation on day two, then keep two more days for practice and exploration before departure. Allow different schedules for different abilities. A Songhua Lake extension is a separate resort transfer with independent access.
