The road transfer is only the first stage
Name the ski-area entrance, not Dafeishui hiking access. Allow for the access cable car, queues, rental fitting, equipment return and descent. Dayi station, central Chengdu, Shuangliu Airport and Tianfu Airport need different route plans.
A two-day stay can protect ski time
One day leaves less time after the road and mountain-access stages. An overnight can work if the hotel's cable-car access and arrival cutoff fit. Agree a weather disruption plan and avoid attaching an essential same-evening flight to a mountain day.

Arrival day

Allow for the last run, equipment return, changing and collecting bags before transport. Then allow for the return road or mountain stage and the airline or railway's required check-in lead time.
No universal minute allowance works for every airport, resort, family or winter day. Confirm collection, fitting, lesson check-in and equipment-return deadlines as separate parts of the plan.
