Tai Chi Learning
Tai chi learning in China is a Chenjiagou homepage that prints a group size, a six-day week, and a day of more than five hours, or it is a Friday sample cell on an LTL Beijing timetable. It is not a tuition figure, a named teacher, or a start date DragonTrail can hold.
Information checked 29 October 2026 (Asia/Shanghai).
DragonTrail has no tai chi intake and no fee of its own. Chenjiagou’s tuition page was not opened, so no fee is quoted, and the homepage text we kept did not include a phone. The class, style, and master cards did not name a teacher or a start date. LTL’s Friday cell is a sample, and the page says activities vary every week.
At a Glance
| Who this is for | A reader who wants to know what a village homepage and a Beijing sample cell actually printed. Not a person we can assign to a teacher or a start date, because the cards print neither. |
|---|---|
| Two texts | Chenjiagou’s homepage describes foreign students, hours, and a room. LTL’s sample timetable marks a Friday cell as Taijiquan Cultural Classes. They are not one enrolment. |
| Host | Chenjiagou Tai Chi School, which says it is in the center of 陈家沟, or LTL Mandarin School Beijing at 建国路88号现代城SOHO B座 504. DragonTrail runs neither. |
| Teacher | The class, style, and master cards repeat one housing sentence. They do not name a teacher. This page does not supply the missing name. |
| Hours | Foreign students, in groups of at most 15, six days a week, more than five hours a day. LTL’s own clock is different: four hours of Chinese, Monday to Friday, then an afternoon activity. |
| Language | LTL is a language school, and the Friday cell sits on that school’s sample. Chenjiagou’s homepage does not say the training day is taught in English. |
| Money | No Chenjiagou fee is quoted. LTL group language study starts at USD 387 a week and one-to-one at USD 774 a week. Those figures buy Chinese lessons, not the village week. |
| Housing | The homepage says full room and board and that foreign students live in a hotel-style private single room. The cards repeat that sentence. Repetition is not a booking. |
| What we do not do | We do not enroll you, confirm a visit, invent a phone, or hold a room. A birthplace sentence on their homepage is their claim, not a seat. |
A Homepage Beside a Friday Cell
Tai chi on this page is two texts that should not be averaged. Chenjiagou Tai Chi School’s homepage says the school is in the center of Chenjiagou (陈家沟), which it calls the birthplace of tai chi. That birthplace claim is theirs. The same page describes foreign students in groups of at most 15, six days a week, more than five hours a day. LTL’s Beijing page, a language school, is the other text: a summer-camp sample, not a village roster.
The Friday cell on that LTL sample reads Taijiquan Cultural Classes. Under the timetable the page says this is a sample and that activities vary every week. The summer camp studies Chinese for four hours, Monday to Friday, and then runs afternoon activities. A Friday label on a sample grid is not a promise that Taijiquan is offered on the Friday you travel, and it is not a Chenjiagou enrolment under another name.
- Keep “Chenjiagou homepage” and “LTL Friday sample” in separate columns.
- A sample that varies every week is not a date you can hold.
Hours, Group Size, and the Room
The tai chi homepage’s clock is printed in one block. Foreign students train in groups of at most 15. The week is six days. The day is more than five hours. The page says full room and board, and it says foreign students live in a hotel-style private single room. Those clauses describe the offer as the school wrote it on the homepage we opened. They do not describe LTL’s four Chinese hours, and they do not describe a priced afternoon in Beijing.
Housing on the class, style, and master cards is the same sentence again, not a menu of rooms. Each card repeats the hotel-style private single room and the full room and board. None of the cards we read adds a teacher’s name or a start date. A repeated room is still one claim. It becomes your room only if the school confirms it. DragonTrail does not hold it.
- At most 15, six days, and more than five hours are homepage figures, not ours.
- A card that copies the housing line has not named your teacher.
No Teacher Name and No Start Date
No teacher is named on the tai chi cards we opened, including the cards labelled as master cards. The absence is the fact. This guide does not fill it from a book, a film, or a forum. If you write to the school, ask who teaches the group you would join. Until that answer is theirs, the cell stays blank. DragonTrail does not keep a private list of teachers and does not assign you to one.
A start date is missing on the same cards, and a closed theatre window cannot replace it. 中国戏曲学院’s English index says the 2026 degree application ran from 1 January to 31 May, and that window had closed by 29 October 2026. The academy’s short name on the page is 国戏. Its address is No.400 Wanquansi Street, Fengtai District, Beijing 100073. That calendar is a degree prospectus for theatre arts. It is not the first day of a tai chi group in 陈家沟.
- Master cards that skip the name do not become a faculty list on this page.
- 国戏’s closed 2026 window is not a Chenjiagou intake.
Their Birthplace Sentence, and No Phone
The birthplace wording stays attached to the school that printed it. Chenjiagou’s homepage places the school in the center of 陈家沟 and calls that place the birthplace of tai chi. Readers should treat the sentence as the school’s description of itself. This page does not grade the claim, and it does not add a ranking of the school.
A phone number is not printed here because it was not in the homepage text we kept. Inventing a number, or copying one from a directory we did not open, would pretend we had read a line we had not read. The tuition page was also not opened, so no fee from that site is quoted here. If you need a number or a bill, it has to come from a page this guide is willing to name. This one is not that page.
- Birthplace, in this file, is their sentence about 陈家沟, not a finding of ours.
- No phone and no tuition figure means those cells stay empty.
A Sample Grid Is Not Tuition
The only money near this tai chi page is LTL’s language money, and it buys Chinese hours. Group study starts at USD 387 a week, with a maximum of six students and an average the page calls “just 3”. One-to-one starts at USD 774 a week. The school-trip row is 11,020 CNY per student for seven days, for five to ten students, with 20 hours of Chinese a week, meals, accommodation, and transport. That row is a group language trip. It is not a tai chi camp and not an individual booking in the village.
“Tai qi class” is how LTL spells one add-on, beside badminton, ping pong, a tea house, Beijing Opera, pottery, kung fu (“kong fu class”), calligraphy, and Chinese cooking. The page says these can be added. It does not price them as standalone courses. Adding the words “tai qi class” to a language week does not create the Chenjiagou hour count, and it does not create a fee the village tuition page never showed us.
- USD 387, USD 774, and 11,020 CNY stay on LTL’s language products.
- “Tai qi class” is an add-on name, not a priced village week.
What Stays a Request
Five checks belong on any note you take off this tai chi page. Which text you mean, the homepage or the Friday cell. Whether a teacher was named, which on these cards is no. Whether a start date was printed, which is also no. Whether a fee was opened, which it was not. Whether anyone has said you may enter the room. A hotel-style private single room in the homepage prose is not that permission.
DragonTrail enrolls nobody and confirms no visit. The buttons here explain how to read a public page and how to ask for guidance. They do not write to Chenjiagou, do not submit LTL’s form, and do not file anything at 国戏. If you ask for guidance, name the month you could travel and whether you need English. Say which of the two texts you mean. Do not send medical files. We will not invent a phone, a teacher, or a first day to make the note look finished.
- A repeated housing sentence is not a confirmed bed.
- Guidance on this site does not reserve the hotel-style single room.

FAQ
Is the Friday Taijiquan cell a Chenjiagou class?
No. Taijiquan Cultural Classes is the Friday cell on LTL’s Beijing sample timetable. The page says the sample varies every week. Chenjiagou’s homepage describes a different product: groups of at most 15, six days a week, more than five hours a day. DragonTrail does not merge those into one course.
Does this page quote a Chenjiagou fee?
No. The tuition page was not opened, so no fee, deposit, or weekly rate from that site appears here. LTL’s USD 387 and USD 774 figures are language-school prices on a different page. Putting them next to tai chi would invent a bill the village page did not show us.
Who teaches the foreign-student group?
The homepage and the class, style, and master cards we read do not say. They repeat a housing sentence and skip the teacher’s name and the start date. This guide does not fill either blank. Ask the school. DragonTrail does not assign a teacher and does not enroll you.
Is Chenjiagou’s birthplace sentence our finding?
No. The homepage says the school is in the center of 陈家沟 and calls that place the birthplace of tai chi. The sentence is theirs. We repeat it so you can see what the page claimed. We do not turn it into a ranking, and we do not treat it as an application.
Why is there no phone number?
Because a phone was not in the homepage text we kept on 29 October 2026. Printing a number from another directory would pretend we had read it on that page. Write to the school through a contact the school itself shows you on a page you have opened. We will not invent one.
Can the closed 国戏 dates start a tai chi group?
No. 中国戏曲学院’s English index limits the 2026 degree window to 1 January through 31 May, and that window had closed by 29 October 2026. The school is a theatre academy at No.400 Wanquansi Street, Fengtai District, Beijing 100073. It is not a tai chi calendar, and its PDFs were not opened.
Does “tai qi class” include a separate price?
Not on the LTL page we opened. It is one name in a list of activities that can be added to language study. The priced lines are the language lines: group from USD 387 a week, one-to-one from USD 774 a week. The add-on list is not a craft menu with its own fees.
What should I send if I ask for guidance?
Whether you mean the Chenjiagou homepage or the LTL Friday sample, the month you could travel, and whether the host must teach in English. The village homepage does not say the day is in English. The form does not reserve a room and does not contact the school.
