A private car between the airport, your hotel, and the hospital campus on your appointment. This is ordinary seat-in-a-car transport, not an ambulance.

Waiting in the quote
Quoted to your dates • Care stays with your provider • Reply on WhatsApp or email
Send the exact campus and building, the pickup time, and the appointment time. If the ride touches PEK or PKX, add the airport and the flight. Add the number of travelers, the luggage, and the practical detail that chooses the car: whether the passenger can move into a normal seat, needs extra time, or uses a wheelchair as far as the car door.
A standard sedan or MPV is private-car transport. It is not medical transport. We do not promise a wheelchair-accessible vehicle until that specific vehicle is confirmed in the quote.
The passenger must be able to transfer into a normal seat unless the confirmed vehicle says otherwise. For an emergency, contact the hospital or dial 120. This service is not an ambulance.
Transfer shapes
Each shape is a private car on a clock. The passenger must be able to sit in a normal seat unless the quote names a different vehicle.
AIRPORT
Airport to the campus
Pickup at PEK or PKX and a drive to the campus and building on the appointment.
HOTEL
Hotel to the campus
A timed pickup at the hotel and a drop at the building your appointment names.
RETURN
Campus to hotel or airport
A pickup after the visit. The quote says how long the car waits if the appointment runs late.
MULTI
More than one stop
Airport, hotel, and campus on the same booking when the day needs two rides or a wait in between.
Changes and cancellation
If the hospital moves the time, send the new time before the driver is already waiting. The quote names the change window and any charge for a same-day move.
A no-show at the curb, a second campus that was not on the booking, or waiting past the allowance can add a charge. Those cases are written in the quote you accept.
The quote states how long the car waits at the airport or the campus before overtime starts. That allowance is not printed as a citywide rule on this page.
Overtime
If the visit runs past the allowance, extra vehicle time is charged the way the quote describes. Tell the coordinator when you know the clinic is running late.
Parking and the right door
Some campuses charge for a stop or only allow a drop at one entrance. Those fees are passed through when they apply, and the building name is what gets the car to the right door.
A normal seat
We confirm a car the passenger can use. If a normal seat will not work, we say so before you pay rather than relabeling a sedan as medical transport.
How a transfer is booked
1
Send the campus and the times
Tell us the hospital campus and building, pickup time, appointment time, and the airport or flight when the ride starts or ends there.
2
Tell us who is riding
Include traveler count, luggage, and how the passenger gets into a normal car seat. That is what we use to choose a vehicle.
3
Read the quote before you pay
Waiting allowance, overtime, parking, and what happens if the appointment runs late are lines in the quote, not a guess on this page.
4
Ride in the confirmed car
A standard sedan or MPV is ordinary private-car transport. It is not an ambulance. A different vehicle appears in the quote only after that vehicle is confirmed.
FAQ
No. The usual vehicle is a private sedan or MPV with a normal seat. A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is offered only when that vehicle is confirmed for your date.
Message the coordinator. The car waits for the allowance in the quote, then overtime applies as that quote describes.
The building or entrance on your appointment confirmation. Beijing hospitals often have more than one campus. The car goes to the address you send.
No. We need mobility for the seat — walking in, extra time, or a wheelchair as far as the door — not the reason for the visit.
No. Book with the hospital or your licensed provider. We quote the ride around the time they give you.
Request a transfer quote
We need the campus and building, the pickup time, the appointment time, and the airport or flight when the ride starts or ends there.
Also send traveler and luggage counts, and whether the passenger can move into a normal car seat. Do not send medical records. A standard sedan or MPV is not medical transport.
