Operating rules
- The contracting party for DragonTrail work is DragonTrail, and the work is travel coordination named in a written quote.
- The hospital’s clinical contract, if there is one, is between the traveler and the hospital.
- DragonTrail does not diagnose, treat, or promise that an appointment will be granted.
- A coordination fee is the amount in the accepted quote. Provider charges are not DragonTrail fees.
- Flights, hotels, and vehicles follow those suppliers’ own terms.
- Binding legal clauses beyond this operating description are counsel review pending.
