- Whether you have asked the hospital for a letter, which remains the hospital’s letter
- The documents you already hold
Fee unit
Fee unit: one document-assistance case for one trip. A fee a government charges is that government’s fee. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. A government fee already paid is not a DragonTrail charge and is not returned by this page.
