Supplier responsibilities

- Your time zone and the languages on the call
- Whether interpretation is needed, which is a separate task
- How the provider wants the connection made
Fee unit
Fee unit: one scheduling case for a provider-delivered remote consultation. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. A provider who has already reserved a slot may apply that provider’s own rule. That rule is not written here.
