Deliverable
We would arrange qualified translation of the records you choose to share, using a transfer method you agree to, and check that the file received matches the file you sent. DragonTrail does not turn the translation into clinical advice.

Supplier responsibilities
Verification pending. No qualified translator is named, and no record-handling path is established. Consent and storage have to be agreed before a file moves.
Information required
- Language pair and the file types
- Who may receive the translation
- Whether the hospital asked for a particular format
- Confirmation that full records stay out of the first email
Fee unit
Fee unit: one document set, meaning the files named on the quote, for one language pair. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. Files already sent to a translator follow the consent you signed for that transfer, which does not exist until a supplier is named.
