Deliverable
Non-clinical help on site: finding registration, walking to the department the hospital named, and staying for the hours the quote lists. This is not nursing, and it is not assigned to an ordinary tour guide as clinical work.
Exclusions
- Nursing, medicines, or help during a procedure
- Speaking for you as a clinician
- Hours beyond those written on the quote
- Medical interpretation, unless that task is quoted separately
Supplier responsibilities
Verification pending. The person who would meet you is not named, and permission for that person to enter the hospital is not established.
Information required
- Campus and the department name the hospital gave you
- The date and the appointment window
- Languages, if interpretation is a separate task
- Mobility notes the hospital already gave you, so the meeting point is realistic
Fee unit
Fee unit: one accompaniment block on one campus, with the hours named on the quote. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. If the hospital moves the appointment, the block moves only when the quote says it can.
