Deliverable
Ordinary logistics for a companion: a seat in the same transfer, a bed, and a timetable that keeps them with the traveler. This is not a clinical caregiver and not a nurse.

- A separate clinical attendant
- Sightseeing sold as a medical service
Supplier responsibilities
Verification pending. Rooms and seats would use the same unnamed lodging and vehicle suppliers. No clinical caregiver is offered.
Information required
- That the companion is traveling with the patient, and on which days
- Whether they need the same language support
- Their own mobility
- Arrival and departure if those differ from the patient’s
Fee unit
Fee unit: one companion added to the tasks the quote names, such as a room or a seat. Each underlying task keeps its own line. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. A companion who arrives or leaves on a different day is a separate line, cancelled on that line’s own terms.
