Accessible Transport Arrangements
Accessible transport starts with a capability check. A standard car is not assumed, and the task is not yet bookable.
DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
Verification pending: no qualified supplier is named for this task, so it is not yet bookable. Publishing the page does not create the capability.
Deliverable
We check vehicle access, equipment, and a supplier’s stated capability against the mobility needs you describe. A quote comes only after that check. A standard car is not assumed to be enough.
Exclusions
- A clinical judgment of fitness to travel
- Equipment the supplier has not confirmed
- A wheelchair that belongs to the hospital
- An accessible room, which is part of accommodation
Supplier responsibilities
Verification pending. No accessible-vehicle supplier is named. Capability has to be checked before the ride is bookable.
Information required
- What the traveler can manage on foot, in their own words
- Equipment that must travel with them
- Pickup points, including stairs or a curb
- Whether a companion rides in the same vehicle
Fee unit
Fee unit: one accessible-transport check, and, if a vehicle is then confirmed, one ride named on the quote. No amount is listed until a named supplier states it on an itemized quote. Hospital, test, and clinician prices are not this fee.
Cancellation
Nothing is booked before you accept an itemized quote. After a named supplier has taken a holding amount, that supplier’s own terms apply and are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty. Equipment reserved by a supplier follows that supplier’s hold, which cannot be described until the supplier is named.
