What we collect for a coordination request, why, and who can see it.
DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
Counsel review pending: this page states how the medical travel desk operates today. It supplements company coordination practice. It is not a statute, and it is not the final binding legal text.

Operating rules
- The first email should include a name, a city, dates, who is travelling, languages, and whether a hospital is already chosen.
- Do not attach full medical records, scans, or insurance files in that first email.
- DragonTrail staff working on the coordination request are the recipients. We do not sell inquiry details.
- A hospital receives documents only if you ask us to pass them on and the provider has asked for them.
- We keep the email thread while the request is open and for a limited period after it closes, following company mail practice. A numbered retention schedule is counsel review pending.
- To ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of a coordination thread, write to the accountable contact and name the thread.
