For Overseas Travel and Referral Agents
Define the lead handover, the coordination scope, and how the traveler agrees before any details are shared.
DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
This page describes a possible working relationship. It is not a contract, a commission schedule, or a statement that a channel is already certified.
Overseas travel and referral agents
- Introduce a traveler who already wants logistics help for a medical visit in China.
- Pass only the practical details the traveler agrees to share: city, dates, languages, and whether a hospital is chosen.
- Leave clinical advice with the provider. Do not ask DragonTrail to recommend a treatment.
Handover
The traveler, or the agent with the traveler’s written go-ahead, writes to the medical travel desk. DragonTrail replies about coordination only. A hospital appointment stays on the hospital’s own channel.
Commercial framework
No commission, referral fee, or revenue split is stated on this page. If a written agreement is signed later, that document is the only commercial framework. Nothing here is that agreement.
Application criteria
- A named organization and a handover contact.
- The cities you usually help travelers reach.
- How you obtain the traveler’s permission before sharing their details.
- Confirmation you will not describe DragonTrail as a clinical provider.
