Employers and insurers
- Ask for travel support around a visit an employee or member is already arranging.
- Name who approves a coordination quote and who receives status updates.
- Keep benefit decisions and clinical review inside your organization or your clinical network.
Handover
DragonTrail can report coordination status to the contact you name. We do not decide whether care is paid for, and we do not submit clinical claims.
Commercial framework
This page does not say that any insurer pays for a China medical visit, and it does not publish a fee schedule. Procurement terms, if any, belong in a written agreement that is not published here.
Application criteria
- The organization name and the person who buys travel support.
- Whether the traveler or the organization should receive the coordination quote.
- The reporting contact and the language they use.
- A statement that payment-for-care decisions stay with you.
