- A hospital fact should cite that hospital’s public page or an official notice, plus the date it was checked.
- Unchecked facts stay marked verification pending. We do not fill a gap with a claim about quality, volume, or outcomes.
- To ask for a correction, write to the accountable contact with the page URL and the source you believe is right.
- A formal editorial board and a fixed review calendar are counsel review pending.
