Traditional Chinese Medicine: Visit Planning

We can coordinate the appointment and the travel around it. We do not practice medicine, and we do not sell a formula.

DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.

This category is not a diagnosis. It does not say that a test, a treatment, or a trip is appropriate. The provider decides that.

Purpose of the visit

Use this category when the traveler wants to see a traditional Chinese medicine provider. It does not replace a cancer, fertility, or pediatric purpose. Cultural reading on the travel site is not this booking.

Questions for the provider

Ask the provider. These are not answers from DragonTrail.

  • Do you see international visitors, and how do I book?
  • What should I bring from my other clinicians?
  • How many visits are you suggesting, in your own words?
  • Which language will you use?
  • What will you not provide without an in-person visit?

Institutional access

The Sanya destination page names one traditional Chinese medicine hospital as an informational listing. That is one institution, not a national network, and it is not a partnership. Other cities are not given a TCM ranking here. Acceptance elsewhere is verification pending.

Verification pending: which hospitals will see an international visitor for this purpose. The hospital directory is not a ranking and not a list of partners.

Papers and preparation

Do not attach full medical records in the first note to DragonTrail. The provider says which papers they want, and in which language. Record translation is a separate coordination task.

  • A list of medicines and herbs you already use, written by you.
  • Other clinicians’ notes only if this provider asks for them.
  • A clear line that this is the purpose of the trip, if it is not also one of the specialty pages.

Travel considerations

Sessions may repeat across days. Do not assume a resort day and a clinic day are the same ride, especially in Sanya, where bays and hospitals are far apart. Herbs, if any, are the provider’s to dispense. We do not carry or recommend them.
