Neurology: Visit Planning
A companion who knows the timeline is a practical need. DragonTrail does not explain scans.
DragonTrail coordinates travel and logistics. We do not provide medical care.
This category is not a diagnosis. It does not say that a test, a treatment, or a trip is appropriate. The provider decides that.
Purpose of the visit
Use this category for a visit to a neurology provider the traveler is already seeking. It is not a stroke guide and not a statement that a trip is the right care.
Questions for the provider
Ask the provider. These are not answers from DragonTrail.
- Which scans must you see before the appointment, and in what format?
- How long is the consult, and may a companion speak?
- Will you order more tests the same day?
- Which language will you use?
- Do I need to stay overnight for results?
Institutional access
Neurology departments vary by hospital. We do not list or rank them. Whether a named hospital will accept the referral is verification pending.
Verification pending: which hospitals will see an international visitor for this purpose. The hospital directory is not a ranking and not a list of partners.
Papers and preparation
Do not attach full medical records in the first note to DragonTrail. The provider says which papers they want, and in which language. Record translation is a separate coordination task.
- Imaging on the media the provider specifies.
- A short timeline written by the traveler or companion, not a diagnosis from us.
- The companion’s name on the transfer if they must attend.
Travel considerations
These visits run long and often add a scan. Keep the rest of the day empty. If fatigue or walking is already hard, say so in the plan request so the car and the hotel entrance match. We do not judge fitness to travel.
