Operating rules
- A change to DragonTrail’s coordination work follows the written quote you accepted.
- This page does not publish a refund percentage. A percentage that is not in your quote would be an invented term.
- Hotel, flight, and vehicle charges follow the supplier that sold them.
- A hospital’s cancellation rule belongs to that hospital.
- If a visit cannot proceed, write to the accountable contact with the quote reference. We will say which DragonTrail tasks were already done and which were not.
