Business School Group Programs
Business school group programs in China are classrooms and company conversations only if a host agrees. They are not a deal, and they are not a tour DragonTrail sells. No placement or host availability is confirmed here; contact the institution before making travel arrangements.

No business school and no company confirmed a visit. If students are enrolled at a Chinese university, Article 30 still forbids 经商 and other commercial activity during study, while allowing spare-time 勤工助学 on its own terms. A company floor is unconfirmed. There is no DragonTrail rate.

A Business School Visit Is Study, Not a Deal
Write the learning aims first: a seminar on a market, a factory observation, a case discussion. A contract, a sales target, or a recruiting fair is a different purpose. Article 38 still requires an agreement before a Chinese school accepts a short-term 团组. DragonTrail will not describe a company visit as study in order to avoid a commercial visa question. The purpose you can prove is the purpose a consulate will read.
M and F Are Both Possible and We Do Not Choose
The Sweden note dated 2026/10/12 describes F as exchanges, visits, study tours, and other activities, and M as commercial and trade. Each has its own papers. An F invitation should name identity, purpose, dates, places, relationship, funds, and the inviter’s stamp and signature. M points at trade-partner documents. A business-school week can look like either description depending on what people will actually do. We will not stamp one word over the other. The embassy decides the category.
Enrolled Students Still May Not 经商
Article 30 says an international student may take part in 勤工助学 and must not take employment, do business, or carry on other commercial activity. The 2021 measures define work-study as spare-time work the school organizes, and they exclude teaching internships in the teaching plan. They also cap hours and, off campus, require a year already at that school. A visiting MBA cohort that is not enrolled cannot use those caps as permission, and an enrolled cohort cannot turn a client project into private business.
Company Floors Are Unconfirmed
No bank or company visit is confirmed for your business-school group. Contact the host before making travel arrangements. A sentence in a sample week that says “company conversation” is an example of a learning block, not a request. The company has to say yes in writing. Article 20’s practice sites must follow national rules when the activity is the Chinese university’s teaching plan. Your wish list is not that plan.
Fees, If Any, Stay on the Host’s RMB List
Article 14 requires a higher-education school to publish fee items, standards, and refund rules in RMB. That is the school’s page, not a business-school package from DragonTrail. Flights, hotels, and meals are separate categories until a written offer includes them. Article 40’s insurance rule has no premium on the order. We will not print a “from” price, a group discount, or a free seat for the faculty member who recruits the cohort.
Confirm the Host Before Planning Travel
Because no firm was read, we also have no stipend, no dress code, and no non-disclosure form to hand you. Article 29’s limits on religious activity and Article 26’s general refusal of military training and political activities still belong in a campus plan. Build a seminar the host school can teach. Mark every company door as unconfirmed. The buttons below do not book a trek through a financial district.

FAQ
Is a company visit the same as a study tour?
Only if that is the true purpose and a consulate agrees. The Sweden note separates F (exchanges, visits, study tours) from M (commercial and trade). We do not pick.
Can enrolled students run a commercial project?
Article 30 forbids employment, 经商, and other commercial activity during study. Spare-time 勤工助学 is a different, capped activity for students the 2021 measures cover.
Do you have partner banks or firms?
No. No placement or host availability is confirmed here; contact the institution before making travel arrangements. A company floor stays unconfirmed until that company writes yes.
What would an F invitation include?
Identity, purpose, dates, places, the link to the inviter, the source of funds, and the inviter’s name, phone, address, stamp, and signature. We cannot sign it.
Is there a business-school group rate?
No. DragonTrail has no rate card and no free faculty seat. Article 14 sends higher-education fees to the school’s own RMB list.
Can a one-week cohort use work-study hours?
No. Off-campus work-study requires more than one continuous year at the current Chinese school, among other conditions. Visitors do not meet that line.
Who issues credit?
Article 21 leaves academic certificates to the higher-education school. A DragonTrail page does not award credit.
Are sample company days real?
No. Examples in this cluster are planning templates. No request was sent to a firm, a bank, or a factory.
