Open Days and Information Sessions
An information session is worth your evening when you know who is hosting it, what time zone the clock uses, and how to register or cancel. This page will list DragonTrail sessions that meet that standard. It does not list a date we have not confirmed.
Information checked 29 October 2026.
No webinar, open day, or information session is open for registration here as of 29 October 2026. Request Guidance is a conversation with us. It is not a reserved seat.

No Session Is Open
People searching for an open day want a time on a calendar. Putting a season (“join us this autumn”) in place of a date wastes the search. DragonTrail has no confirmed study webinar or in-person session to offer you today.
That can change. When it does, the listing has to be specific enough that you could put it in a diary without emailing us for the missing hour. Until then, the practical pages are Plan Your Study Stay, Scholarship Finder, and Cost of Studying in China.
What a Listing Will Include
A session that appears on this site will answer the questions you would ask before you block an hour.
- The host: DragonTrail, a named school, or another organization, written so you can see who is speaking.
- The date and the start and end times, with the time zone. A Beijing evening is not the same clock as a London evening.
- The format: online, or a street address if it is in person, plus any step-free access we have confirmed.
- Who may register, and whether there is a capacity limit.
- How to cancel, and whether a recording will exist. A recording is a separate promise. We will not imply one.
- The status. A session whose time has passed will not stay in the upcoming list.
Fairs and Briefings Run by Someone Else
Embassies and universities hold scholarship briefings and education fairs on their own calendars. The 2026/2027 Chinese Government Scholarship notices from the embassies in Sweden, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Mongolia were application calls with their own deadlines. Those deadlines have passed. They are not invitations to an event this month, and we will not roll a poster forward into the next year.
If we link a fair later, the link will go to the host’s current page and will carry the date we checked it. A university’s open day is not proof that DragonTrail can book you a place on one of its degrees. Admission stays with the university. How DragonTrail Study Services Work explains that split.
An Inquiry Is Not a Seat
The button on this page asks DragonTrail for guidance. Use it if you want help sorting a program type, a budget, or a group proposal. You will not receive a calendar hold, a webinar login, or a queue number for a fair we are not hosting.
School groups that need a teacher briefing can ask for that as part of a proposal. It becomes a session on this page only when the date, the time zone, and the host are real. Sample itineraries and planning windows live on Plan Your Study Stay, including the multi-month pattern school-trip operators publish for teachers.
What a Session Does Not Prove
An information session can explain a route that is still unconfirmed. Hearing a clear talk about scholarships does not mean you have been awarded one. Hearing a clear talk about a campus does not mean a visit is booked. Keep the calendar and the offer in separate piles.
The same applies to stories. Student and Group Stories is empty until someone approves a real account. A webinar quote is not a substitute for that account.

FAQ
Is There an Open Day I Can Register For?
Not on this page. As of 29 October 2026 DragonTrail has no confirmed webinar, open day, or information session with a date, a time zone, and a host. Request Guidance is a conversation, not a reserved seat.
What Will a Listing Show Later?
The host, the date and time with a time zone, whether it is online or in person, who may register, any capacity limit, and how cancellation works. A session whose time has passed will not be presented as open.
Should I Reuse a Fair Poster from Last Year?
No. Use a new notice from the host. Embassy scholarship calls for 2026/2027 checked on 29 October 2026 are already closed. A university fair is run by that university, and we will link it only after the date is checked.
Does an Information Session Mean a Program Is Available?
No. A session can describe a route that is still unconfirmed. A course, a scholarship, and a group visit each need their own confirmation. The calendar does not replace those facts.
